sanity















stress for me manifests itself in the micro micro management of my diary, muttering to myself when trying to complete assignments and the ordering of a crust pizza for dinner. not massive but when i find myself mumbling mid bite, i realise i still have a ways to go when it comes to managing my mindset. at the moment my schedule has been feeling like an endless stair climb and i have neglected to find the time or make the time to do those little 'take care of me' practices that keep me feeling cool, calm and in control. today is about penciling in some of those practices, my aim is to add some mindful meditation, a little stretch, maybe a little mani and one long epsom salt bath!
