inspiration is motivation and i think that's why i follow so many people on instagram. not only does it make the bus ride bearable but it also acts as a one stop inspo shop! this week i spotted a new breakfast to shake up my morning routine and it went so well i thought i had to share... chia seed porridge or pudding depending on what time of the day you want to chow down, is packed full of all things fab for you and makes for a perfect grab and go kinda meal. here's what i put in my mason jar...
SERVES 4
1/4 cup of chia seeds (mixed white / black)
1 cup of almond milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
and then i went for
maca powder, cacao powder, healthy chef pea protein powder, topped with goji berries, raspberries, shredded coconut and an almond nut mix. then just seal and store in the fridge overnight and BAM you have breaky bliss ready to rock!
